AI Virtual Staging provides an automated image processing service that allows users to upload room photos and generate virtually staged images using AI.

Accounts & Access
You must sign in using a supported authentication method to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Image Uploads & Ownership
You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any staged images generated through the Service.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use and upload that image and that doing so does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We do not permanently store uploaded images or generated outputs. Images are processed only to fulfill your request.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or generate content that:
- Is unlawful, misleading, or deceptive
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
- Attempts to misuse or overload the Service
We reserve the right to restrict access if the Service is used in ways that could cause harm or abuse.
Credits, Payments & Refunds
The Service operates on a credit-based or usage-based model. Credits are consumed when a staging request is processed.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card or banking information.
Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.
MLS & Listing Compliance
While the Service is designed to produce realistic results, compliance with MLS or listing platform rules ultimately depends on how images are used and disclosed.
You are responsible for ensuring that staged images comply with local regulations and listing requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Virtual Staging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
