No. The AI is instructed to keep the camera angle, walls, windows, floors, and lighting as photographed and only add or remove furniture and décor. If a result isn't right, you can regenerate it.

Usually, yes. Many MLSs and some states require clear disclosure, and California's AB 723 requires a notice and a link to the original photo. AI Virtual Staging can add a subtle "Virtually Staged" label to your downloads for free.
